Santa is on the roof because he told one of his Rain deer to stay there and wait for him to come back from putting presents under the Christmas tree, but of course the Rain deer didn't want to listen to Santa because he was jacked up on egg nog. Santa came back onto the roof and they were gone so he sat there and thought maybe they would come back. He waited 3 hours and no Rain deer. He thought hey maybe if i set out Rain deer treats they would smell it and come back. No Rain deer 2 hours later. So it was morning and there he is alone on the roof.
